The living room is open and bright and features an electric fireplace. The kitchen opens to the living room. Outside, there is space to sit, eat, and watch the light change on the partially covered deck. Below, you’ll find outdoor seating, a dining area, and a grill. Down in the garage hangout, there is a propane fire pit and chairs. The streets are simple and low, with houses on pilings and the Gulf out in front of it all. In the morning, you can be on the sand in a short walk or a quick golf cart ride, driving along the wide, open beach the peninsula is known for. Around you is an easy-going beach town where families set up canopies on the shore and stay all day. Golf carts roll along the back roads and on most stretches of beach where they’re allowed, and there are simple places to eat, pick up bait, or grab ice and groceries just a short drive away.
