Welcome Home to The Verve! We currently have a move-in special for all our units! Apply and the total move-in cost is just $299 for the first full month's rent for our 1- or 2-bedroom apartments. Our Application/Administration fee is currently $99.00. We provide 24-hour maintenance service for any emergencies and laundry facilities.
