The fully equipped kitchen includes glassware, plateware, non-stick cookware, a coffee maker, and all necessary utensils, as well as a full-size fridge, microwave, glass-top stove, oven, blender, 12-cup coffee pot, Keurig, Ninja blender, and slow cooker. The guest bathroom features a convenient tub-shower combo. A full-size washer and dryer are located in the backyard shed for your convenience. For stays over 7 nights, a mid-stay cleaning is required. There is a $120 per pet per stay fee. Aransas Pass is a quaint little town nestled between Rockport, Port Aransas, and Corpus Christi, making it a top destination for getting the most out of your time in the 361 area. Rockport Beach is a 20 minute drive, Port Aransas Beach is a 40 minute drive, Corpus Christi Beaches are a 20 minute drive, Goose Island State Park is a 25 minute drive, Lake Corpus Christi State Park is a 45 minute drive and Mustang Island State Park is a 45 minute drive. The entrance to the front of the home is an unpaved strip of grassy area about 20 feet in length. Trash pickup is every Tuesday and Friday, and trash bins must be rolled to the street curb. There is a $120 per stay pet fee per pet capped at a maximum of $200 per pet. A pet fee must be paid prior to your stay, and if not paid within 1 hour of booking, your stay will be canceled. A maximum of either 1 large animal 50-75 lbs or two small animals under 40 lbs is allowed. All pets must be kenneled and house trained, leashed at all times if outside the home, and kept off all furniture, bedding, sheets, and blankets, or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed.
