We do not accept Pit Bull, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Wolf Hybrid, or any mix of these breeds. Property staff reserve the exclusive right to make the final determination as to dog breed. There are some weight restrictions, so please contact us for more information.

There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $400 for 1 pet and an additional $300 for a 2nd pet due at move-in. The monthly pet fee is $35 per pet.
