Central heating and air, full size bathroom with step in shower AND this little cottage is on the creek! Your back porch has stairs that lead you into the wilds of Elm Creek. There's no water in this creek until a rain comes along but there is plenty of peace every single day! All bills are provided and a mid month cleaning will be provided by the owner. No pets allowed. One parking space provided for one vehicle only. This cottage is on the owner's property and complete respect and responsibility is required of the new tenant.
