A non-refundable $60 damage waiver is required, providing coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to check-out. No pets are allowed, and no parties are permitted, with violations potentially resulting in immediate termination of the stay. Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property. The primary guest must complete a screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation, and a Rental Agreement must be signed prior to check-in.
