Guest bedrooms are on two levels, with the main level suite featuring its own door leading out to the deck, and a second-floor bedroom opening to a private balcony overlooking the river, the perfect place for starting or finishing your favorite book. For additional recreation, guests can engage in a game of pool or grab a raft and let your cares float away. For an unforgettable mountain river vacation, this cabin will leave you with great memories to carry back home. The cabin offers a fully equipped kitchen, a deck patio with outdoor furniture, mountain views, air conditioning, internet/Wi-Fi, a fireplace, and a hot tub. There are two standard parking spaces in front of the cabin. The cabin does not have sufficient parking to accommodate two Harleys, a truck, and a trailer. For those looking for adventure, there is plenty to do here, and for those just wanting to relax and recharge, you couldn’t have picked a better place. Local attractions include Foxfire Mountain Adventure Park, Beyond the Lens! Family Fun, The Island in Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, and Castle of Chaos. Gatherings of more than eight people, including both overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. The water at this cabin is provided by a well water system, which has a strong sulfur odor. The water is treated monthly by a professional water treatment company and is perfectly safe. Many guests, however, may wish to bring additional spring water for drinking purposes. As you make your way to the cabin and travel around the area, keep in mind that some of the mountain roads can be steep and winding—that's part of the charm of being in the Smokies! Drive cautiously, especially if it’s your first time in the area, and give yourself a little extra time. Most guests make the trip just fine, and the views are absolutely worth it! If you have any questions or need help with directions, feel free to reach out. At least one guest must be 25 years or older. Check-in time is no earlier than 4:00 P.M. and check-out time is no later than 10:00 A.M. Late check-outs will result in additional charges. Hot tubs are cleaned prior to your arrival. There is a $30 charge if you wish to have an additional cleaning of the hot tub during your stay. Instructions are provided at the cabin for proper operation and easy maintenance during your stay. No firearms, fireworks, or ATVs are allowed. You are likely to encounter wildlife such as deer, bears, raccoons, snakes, and bugs of various types, including wasps and/or hornets. Admire these creatures from a safe distance and do not feed the wildlife. This is a non-smoking cabin. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and/or linens. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
