All utilities are paid by tenant which include electric, water and natural gas. There is NO SMOKING INSIDE APARTMENT and NO PETS. Must pay $29 + tax for credit, criminal and eviction background. This is paid to the company and is NON-REFUNDABLE no matter if you are approved or not. Must have rental references. Please do not go to address and bother current tenants.
