The building is located next to a freeway. While the traffic is barely audible with all doors and windows closed, this is mentioned for those who may be very light sleepers. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Renters must be at least 21 years of age, and guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
