You'll love this condo's location in the heart of Nashville, within walking distance to great local coffee shops, restaurants, and the world-renowned Broadway. Located on the southern edge of downtown proper known as SoBro (South of Broadway), this home puts you right in the heart of Nashville and within 10 minutes of most anything this wonderful city has to offer. Broadway is a 6-7 block walk, and there are some great restaurants and coffee shops within a couple of blocks. Some favorites include Pinewood Social, Husk, and Crema Coffee. This location is walkable or a very short Uber ride to anything downtown, including the Nissan Stadium and the Gulch. Other notable Nashville neighborhoods are just minutes away by car or Uber. The building is up against a freeway. With all the doors and windows shut, you can barely hear the traffic, but it's important to note this for very light sleepers considering this property. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Renters must be at least 21 years of age, and guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Pets are not permitted, and no smoking is allowed on the property, including porches, decks, or outdoor areas, at any time. All guests shall not engage in illegal activity.
