The bedroom is thoughtfully furnished to ensure a restful night’s sleep, with ample closet space and comfortable bedding. This apartment is designed to be your home away from home, with all the essentials to make your stay easy and enjoyable. We have a pet limit of 2 pets per reservation and no aggressive breeds are allowed. There is a weight limit of 50Lb and a one-time non-refundable pet deposit of $250 is required. We reserve the right to decline pets that may not be a good fit for the community. There is a maximum of 2 cars per unit. South Nashville is a sprawling district covering just over 15 square miles. The community extends from the southern edge of Downtown Nashville to the Nashville Zoo at Grassmere. The rental options are just as diverse as the region itself, with plenty of apartments, condos, townhomes, and houses available for rent in every style and budget. Residents often choose this area for its largely affordable rent prices and its central location. Commuting and traveling is simple with access to several major highways and Nashville International Airport. This property is stocked for mid-term stays, so only starter toiletries are provided. Please bring your own toiletries. Some properties have scheduled checks for smoke detectors and HVAC filters, and we will notify you in advance if access is needed. For emergency maintenance, if urgent repairs are required and we cannot reach you within a certain time, we reserve the right to enter the unit. The main occupant must be listed on the reservation and the reservation must reflect the accurate number of guests and pets. Mailbox access is available upon request and is not guaranteed, with a refundable key deposit required. Respect shared spaces and amenities, keep noise levels low during late hours, and dispose of garbage and recycling properly in designated areas. Packages should include your unit number and will be delivered to your door.
