The bedroom is thoughtfully furnished to ensure a restful night’s sleep, with ample closet space and comfortable bedding. This apartment is designed to be your home away from home, with all the essentials to make your stay easy and enjoyable. We have a pet limit of 2 pets per reservation and no aggressive breeds are allowed. There is a weight limit of 50 pounds per pet and a one-time non-refundable pet deposit of $250 will be charged. Parking is available with a maximum of 2 cars per unit. Please provide your car details, make, model, color, and license plate. South Nashville contains an array of diverse, established communities, including Wedgewood-Houston, Woodycrest, Woodbine, Hill-n-Dale, Radnor, Raymond Heights, Patricia Heights, Napier, Glencliff, Glencliff Estates, and Chestnut Hill. The rental options are just as diverse as the region itself, with plenty of apartments, condos, townhomes, and houses available for rent in every style and budget. Residents often choose this area for its largely affordable rent prices and its central location. Commuting and traveling is simple with access to several major highways and Nashville International Airport. This property is stocked for mid-term stays, so only starter toiletries are provided. Please bring your own toiletries when you come. Some properties have scheduled checks for smoke detectors and HVAC filters, and you will be notified in advance if access is needed. In case of emergency maintenance, if urgent repairs are required and we cannot reach you within a certain time, we reserve the right to enter the unit. The main occupant must be listed on the reservation and the reservation must reflect the accurate number of guests and pets. Mailbox access is available upon request and is not guaranteed. A refundable key deposit of $35 is required and will be returned when the key is returned. Respect shared spaces and amenities, keep noise levels low during late hours, and dispose of garbage and recycling properly in designated areas to maintain cleanliness.
