The bedroom is thoughtfully furnished to ensure a restful night’s sleep, with ample closet space and comfortable bedding. This apartment is designed to be your home away from home, with all the essentials to make your stay easy and enjoyable. We have a pet limit of 2 pets per reservation with no aggressive breeds allowed and a weight limit of 50 lbs. A one-time non-refundable pet deposit of $250 is required. Parking is available with a maximum of 2 cars per unit. Please provide your car details, including make, model, color, and license plate. Please bring your own toiletries. Annual preventive maintenance checks for smoke detectors and HVAC filters may be scheduled, and you will be notified in advance if access is needed. In case of emergency maintenance, if urgent repairs are required and we cannot reach you within a certain time, we reserve the right to enter the unit. The main occupant must be listed on the reservation, and it must reflect the accurate number of guests and pets. Mailbox access is available upon request and requires a refundable key deposit of $35. Respect shared spaces and amenities, keep noise levels low during late hours, and dispose of garbage and recycling properly.
