Hello - This listing is for a spacious condo that will be available for rent in Brentwood starting in August. The lower level is the master bedroom with an extra large bathroom. The lower level also has a separate private entry/exit with stairs that exit out the back of their own little wood patio. The condo is comfortable, and has 2 back decks (one main level, one lower level patio) that look into some nice woody area in the back. Private washer and dryer are located within the unit. The condo also has convenient built in shelves and a real wood burning fireplace. The tenant will also be given the pool key so they have access to the community pool facility.
