Looking for a young professional woman to join the lease of one of the two bedroom sin my newly renovated condo located off of Hillsboro Pike in Green Hills. The condo is a 3 bed, 2 bath. You would share a bathroom with one of the girls and it also has a tub. The third girl is in the master bedroom, which has its own bathroom. Regarding pets, one girl does have a small dog. For work, one girl is a consultant. The condo is about 1400sq ft. Year long leases preferred as short as 6 month considered. Location - Green Hills, on Hillsboro Pike. About .5 miles from Trader Joes. Lease comes available August 1st with some flexibility on move in date. Year-long (or longer) leases preferred. Utilities are a flat fee $150 a month (includes all utilities and exterior upkeep). Rent is $1100 and $1000 a month respectively and requires a security deposit of one month's rent. Amenities - The condo has a balcony and a pool that is open during the warm months. The entire condo is furnished with living room, dining room, and bedroom furniture. Located in a beautiful, quiet condo complex. Must pass a background check. I'm the owner, my husband and I would be the landlords.
