Hello! I'm looking for a young female tenant to take over the lease of this bedroom in my newly renovated condo located off of Hillsboro Pike in Green Hills. The condo is a 3 bed, 2 bath. You would share a bathroom with one tenant, and it also has a tub. The third tenant is in the master bedroom, which has its own bathroom. Location - Green Hills, on Hillsboro Pike. About .5 miles from Trader Joes. Lease - Lease comes available in October with some flexibility on move in date. - Year long (or longer) leases only - security deposit ($975) required. - Utilities are approx $140 a month Amenities - The condo has a balcony and a pool that is open during the warm months. The entire condo is furnished with living room, dining room, and bedroom furniture. Located in a beautiful, quiet condo complex. Must pass a background check. I'm the owner, my husband and I would be the landlords. There are no reserved parking spaces, so you are free to park in any open spots and there are always plenty.
