It is a walk-in distance to restaurants, banks, and grocery stores-- very close and convenient to everything. It's less than 2 mile to interstates- - only 7 miles from downtown and 13 miles to Nashville airport (BNA). Rent is $1000/month with $500 refundable deposit for 6 months lease which included utilities, trash services, mowing, and internet. This is an ideal place for a work from home person, a traveled nurse, doctor, or professional employee. We prefer to have a male roommate, but female is welcome if interested.
