House has a modern kitchen, various kitchen appliances, furnished common areas (still working on the loft upstairs), washer/dryer, dishwasher, ADT smart security, fast fiber internet, and a big backyard view. $1,000/month includes all utilities (water, electric, fiber-optic internet, ADT home security monitoring system). $1,000 security deposit to move in. Unfortunately, we're not gonna be having other pets at this time. Clean, respectful roommates only.
