The second bedroom has a king-size bed, oversize closet, and attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom features a queen bed and an attached shared bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and same-day move-ins are not honored after 9 AM AZ time. Local guests must be pre-approved to book. All guests with a confirmed criminal record will be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense. Identity authentication is required within 48 hours of booking. Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed, and there is a no-smoking policy in place. Guests are required to sign a rental agreement, and the minimum age to rent is 18 years old.
