The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Pets are not permitted, and no smoking is allowed on the property, including porches, decks, or outdoor areas, at any time. All guests shall not engage in illegal activity. There will be an additional cleaning fee of up to $500 for violations of the house rules or for excessive cleaning required. The owner’s suite is not accessible to guests, and the homeowner's truck is located in the driveway, but there is still plenty of guest parking. The backyard space is shared with the neighbors and is not fenced in. Reliable high-speed Wi-Fi and multiple workspaces make it ideal for remote work. A laptop computer is not included.
