Booking guests must be at least 21 years old. Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Arizona Time. Local residents, defined as any guest whose primary residence is located within two hours of the rented property, are not allowed to book. All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense. Guests must provide identity authentication via a trusted partner. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, the booking may be canceled without penalty. A non-refundable accidental damage coverage policy is required and will be paid after booking in the amount of $99, covering $1,500 in damage. This fee is not associated or included in the initial booking process and will be collected after booking has been confirmed and accepted. Kick-start amenities for kitchens and bathrooms are provided, including dishwashing tablets, dish soap, a dish sponge, laundry detergent pods, disinfectant wipes, paper towel rolls, trash bags, a coffee bag, and coffee filters. The bathroom set includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body bar soap, hand bar soap, a makeup wipe, and a liner for the trash can. Two paper towel rolls per kitchen and two rolls of bathroom tissue per bathroom are also provided. Additional items cannot be provided if requested as these are to kick-start your stay. All listed amenities are to be used at the guest's risk. Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed.
