Dogs are welcome with specific rules regarding size, leashes, cleanup, furniture, supervision, housebreaking, crates, potty areas, and noise. A pack & play is available. This home is just minutes from Broadway, Germantown, Top Golf & Nissan Stadium, perfectly positioned for everything Music City has to offer. The neighborhood is located a short distance from some of the hottest spots in East Nashville, including Five Points, Butcher & Bee, The Pharmacy, Holland House, Barista Parlor, Edley's BBQ, Smith & Lentz Brewery, Southern Grist Brewery, and Mas Tacos. For everyone's peace of mind, exterior cameras are on the property for safety purposes. Please avoid glitter and confetti decorations, and steer clear of placing anything on the wallpaper; all decorations must be removed before check-out. The property is designed as a peaceful retreat, so it should not be used as a hub for outside visitors or rotating guests. Please help keep outdoor noise to a considerate level during quiet hours. To keep the space fresh and comfortable for every guest, there is no smoking inside or within 25 feet of the property. A $500 fee applies if smoke is detected indoors. If something breaks or gets damaged during your stay, please let the host know. The standard cleaning fee covers a normal turnover, so please leave the space in a reasonably tidy condition. Early check-in (from 8:00 a.m.) and late check-out (until 5:00 p.m.) may be available for a small fee, subject to availability. Luggage drops outside of the check-in window are not accommodated.
