There is an additional $400 fee for guests wanting to book the property for filming and/or photography. A location agreement must be provided prior to your shoot date. Guests who stay 3 weeks or longer will incur an additional cleaning fee, which is not included in the pricing you see. The Gulch is an upscale neighborhood known for its chic hotels, high-end fashion boutiques, and trendsetting restaurants. In a striking art deco building, The Frist Art Museum hosts diverse, adventurous exhibitions, as well as film screenings and lectures. The area is walkable to numerous restaurants and bars, and a quick scooter ride or Uber can take you to Downtown/Broadway and other nearby attractions. Construction is ongoing in the neighborhood, which may cause noise at times. Construction activity is allowed Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. No construction activity requiring a permit shall occur on Sundays and City Holidays. The hot tub is serviced weekly, and the service technician must enter the house to maintain it. There is no smoking allowed inside the property. If smoking outdoors, please keep doors and windows closed and clean up any ashes or butts. Respect the neighborhood by keeping exterior noise levels down at all times. Any complaints from neighbors may result in penalties. Early check-ins or late check-outs must be pre-arranged, and any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in penalties.
