It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay and all the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen, 100mbps+ internet, modern decor, and a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed. Guests can also enjoy the garden area to lounge and relax with friends, as well as complimentary coffee and access to the community garden with cabana, 2 outdoor TVs, gas grill, and fire pit. One complimentary parking spot is included. There are so many places within walking distance of the building in Music Row! Old Glory and Bella Napoli are some favorites. The Hillsboro and Edge Hill neighborhoods offer shopping, restaurants and tons of other interesting attractions. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. A $100-300 pet fee, based on stay length, will be collected separately for a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs (or similar breeds). A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.
