Midtown is within walking distance, and Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks are only $5-7 away by Lyft/Uber. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors, a $200 penalty for lost key fobs, and police will be called for weapons or drugs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel per guest per stay is provided. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [similar breeds]. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined.
