This studio condo has all the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay and all the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen, 100mbps+ internet, modern decor, and a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed. Guests can also enjoy the garden area to lounge and relax with friends, as well as complimentary coffee and a community garden with a cabana, 2 outdoor TVs, a gas grill, and a fire pit. Decor and layout may vary slightly from what you see in photos. One complimentary parking spot is included. Additional services to make your visit even more comfortable, like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available), are offered for an additional fee. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined, no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [similar breed]) are allowed for an additional pet fee of $100-300 based on stay length, collected separately. There are many places within walking distance of the building in Music Row. Lyft/Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks are only $5-7 one-way! Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. A $500 penalty will be assessed for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The condo is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies).
