Though not connected, they are adjacent to one another, with each featuring its own living space and bathroom(s). This apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers and has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay and all the comforts of home. Great amenities await you, including a fully equipped kitchen, 100mbps+ internet, modern decor, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, a garden area to lounge and relax with friends, complimentary coffee, and a community garden with cabana, 2 outdoor TVs, gas grill, and fire pit. Decor and layout may vary slightly from what you see in photos. One complimentary parking spot is included. Optional services to make your visit even more comfortable, like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available), are offered for an additional fee. There are so many places within walking distance of the building in Music Row. Old Glory and Bella Napoli are some favorites. Hillsboro and Edge Hill neighborhoods offer shopping, restaurants and tons of other interesting information about where you will be staying. Despite the free parking spot, a car is not needed. It's walking distance to Midtown where you'll find local bars. Lyft/Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks are only $5-7 one-way. For the bold and adventurous, the dockless Lime scooters are a great option. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest per stay is provided. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [similar breed]. An additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length is collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through a verification portal. In some instances, you may need to complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. The minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old for out of town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
