Despite the complimentary parking spot, a car is not needed, as the condo is within walking distance of Midtown where you'll find local bars. A ride via Lyft/Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks is only $5-7 one-way! All properties are smoke-free environments, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds], and an additional $100-300 pet fee applies based on stay length.
