One complimentary parking spot is included. Up to two pets are welcome (40lbs combined, no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [similar breed]) with an additional pet fee of $100-300 based on stay length. There are many places within walking distance of the building in Music Row, including Old Glory and Bella Napoli. Midtown is within walking distance, and Lyft/Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks are only $5-7 one-way. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. [SI]
