One complimentary parking spot is included. There are so many places within walking distance of our building in Music Row! Old Glory and Bella Napoli are some favorites. Nashville Guru is a great resource for looking at the Hillsboro and Edge Hill neighborhoods, where you will see pictures and be able to look at shopping, restaurants and tons of other interesting information about where you will be staying. Despite the free parking spot, a car is not needed, as the apartment is walking distance to Midtown where you'll find local bars! Lyft/Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks are only $5-7 one-way! For the bold and adventurous, we recommend the dockless Lime scooters, which is how we travel. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. There is a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds]. An additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length will be collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal.
