This condo is suitable for families, groups of friends, or business travelers. It features a fully equipped kitchen, 100mbps+ internet, modern decor, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, a garden area to lounge and relax with friends, and complimentary coffee. Enjoy access to a community garden with a cabana, two outdoor TVs, a gas grill, and a fire pit. One complimentary parking spot is included. Additional pet fee of $100-300 based on stay length will be collected separately. There are many places within walking distance of the building in Music Row. Old Glory and Bella Napoli are some local favorites. Midtown bars are within walking distance, and Lyft/Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks are only $5-7 one-way. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. Maximum of two pets are allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs (or similar breeds). A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal.
