The condo is a smoke-free environment, and smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suite, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The condo has a maximum of two pets allowed with a combined weight of 40lbs, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. An additional pet fee of $100-300 is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and their presence can be declined. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
