There are many places within walking distance of the building in Music Row, such as Old Glory and Bella Napoli. Midtown is within walking distance, and Lyft/Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) are only $5-7 one-way. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors, and a $200 penalty applies for lost key fobs. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9 pm-8 am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. A pet fee between $100-$300 will be collected separately, with a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. Guests will be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, and pass through a verification portal.
