This apartment is wheelchair accessible. One complimentary parking spot is included. Additional optional services are available to make your visit even more comfortable, like mid-stay cleanings, early check-in/late checkout (when available), and more for an additional fee. There are so many places within walking distance of the building in Music Row. Old Glory and Bella Napoli are some favorites. A car is not needed, as the apartment is walking distance to Midtown where you'll find local bars. Lyft/Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks are only $5-7 one-way. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. There is a maximum of two pets allowed (40lbs combined, no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [similar breed]) with an additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length, collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. [SI]
