This apartment is wheelchair accessible. One complimentary parking spot is included. Additional paid services are available to make your visit even more comfortable, like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available). There are so many places within walking distance of the building in Music Row! Old Glory and Bella Napoli are some favorites. A car is not needed, as the apartment is within walking distance of Midtown where you'll find local bars! Lyft/Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks are only $5-7 one-way! Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are from 9pm-8am each day. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined) and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [similar breed] are allowed. An additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length is collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal.
