Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors, and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest per stay is provided. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds], with an additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length, collected separately. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day.
