Lyft/Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks are only $5-7 one-way. For the bold and adventurous, dockless Lime scooters are available. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [similar breeds], with an additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length, collected separately.
