Additional services to make your visit even more comfortable, like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available), can be arranged for an additional fee. There are many places within walking distance of this building in Music Row. Midtown is within walking distance, where you'll find local bars. Lyft/Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks are only $5-7 one-way. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Guests must not disturb neighbors at any time during the stay. No weapons or drugs are allowed. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The presence of emotional support animals can be declined. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breed]. An additional pet fee of $100-300 will be charged based on stay length. Guests must agree to the rental terms and conditions and may be required to undergo a background check.
