Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Guests must not disturb neighbors at any time during the stay. No weapons or drugs are allowed. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The presence of emotional support animals can be declined. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee).
