Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission.
