Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am each day. Guests must not disturb neighbors at any time during the stay. Weapons and drugs are prohibited, and police will be called for any violations. A pet fee between $100 and $300, based on stay length, will be collected separately for a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. Guests will be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, and pass through a verification portal.
