This studio condo is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers and has all the amenities and comforts of home. Great amenities await you, including a fully equipped kitchen, 100mbps+ internet, modern decor, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, and a garden area to lounge and relax with friends. The community garden features a cabana, 2 outdoor TVs, a gas grill, and a fire pit. Enjoy one complimentary parking spot. There are many places within walking distance of the building in Music Row. Lyft/Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks are only $5-7 one-way. For the bold and adventurous, dockless Lime scooters are available. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds]. An additional pet fee of $100-300, based on stay length, will be collected separately. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The condo is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. [SI]
