The Hillsboro and Edge Hill neighborhoods offer shopping, restaurants and tons of other interesting attractions. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors, a $200 penalty for lost key fobs, and weapons are prohibited and will be reported to police, resulting in immediate contract termination. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. The check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined) and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds] are permitted. An additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length is collected separately.
