One complimentary parking spot is included. Additional services to enhance your stay, such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available), are offered for an additional fee. There are so many places within walking distance of the building in Music Row. Old Glory and Bella Napoli are some favorites. Midtown is within walking distance, where you'll find local bars. Lyft/Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks are only $5-7 one-way. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day, and guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Max 2 pets are allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds], with an additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length. [SI]
