This condo is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers and has all the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. It features a fully equipped kitchen, 100mbps+ internet, modern decor, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, a garden area to lounge and relax with friends, complimentary coffee, and a community garden with a cabana, 2 outdoor TVs, a gas grill, and a fire pit. One complimentary parking spot is included. An additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length will be collected separately, with a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined). There are many places within walking distance of the building in Music Row. Old Glory and Bella Napoli are some local favorites. Midtown is within walking distance, where you'll find local bars. A car is not needed, and Lyft/Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks are only $5-7 one-way. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No weapons or drugs are allowed. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. [SI]
