Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are from 9pm-8am each day, and the apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. The minimum age is 22, except for students/interns. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed, with a combined weight of 40lbs, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds. An additional pet fee of $100-300 will be collected separately, based on stay length. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.
