Great amenities await you in this apartment, including a fully equipped kitchen, 100mbps+ internet, modern decor, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, and complimentary coffee. There is also a garden area to lounge and relax with friends, as well as a community garden with a cabana, two outdoor TVs, a gas grill, and a fire pit. One complimentary parking spot is included. An additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length will be collected separately, with a maximum of two pets allowed (40lbs combined) excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds]. There are many places within walking distance of the building in Music Row. A car is not needed, as the apartment is within walking distance of Midtown where you'll find local bars. Lyft/Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks are only $5-7 one-way. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies).
