There are so many places within walking distance of our building in Music Row. Old Glory and Bella Napoli are some favorites. A car is not needed, as the apartment is walking distance to Midtown where you'll find local bars. Lyft/Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks are only $5-7 one-way. This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day, and guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a zero tolerance policy for weapons or drugs, and police will be called for violating this rule.
