It features a fully equipped kitchen, 100mbps+ internet, modern decor, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, a garden area to lounge and relax with friends, and complimentary coffee. The community garden includes a cabana, 2 outdoor TVs, a gas grill, and a fire pit. One complimentary parking spot is included. Additional services to make your visit even more comfortable, like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available), can be arranged for additional fees. An additional pet fee of $100-300, based on stay length, will be collected separately. There are many places within walking distance of the building in Music Row. Midtown is within walking distance, and Lyft/Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks are only $5-7 one-way. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9 pm-8 am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Max 2 pets are allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. Weapons and drugs are not allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must be at least 22 years old to make a reservation. Guests will be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, and pass through a verification portal.
