Tenants pay all utilities, including the trash and are also in charge of the the landscaping. No pets allowed. To qualify, you and your co-signers will need to have a clean credit and background check, have positive referrals and no eviction history. No smoking. Qualifying applicants will be required to pay for a credit/background check. You must pay the first and last month up front. Tenants will be required to get renter’s insurance. No short-term rentals, 6 months minimum.
