The unique layout features 2 living rooms. The upstairs 3 bedrooms have a king, queen, and full beds. The downstairs bedroom has 2 bunk beds to sleep up to four people. A $45 application fee applies for each adult occupant. This will be charged directly by the company that provides the background check required. Security deposit and first month's rent to secure your reservation. If the dates are further than a couple weeks away we can negotiate on terms.
