CABLE IS INCLUDED with your rent, along with water, sewer, and trash service. Tenants are pay for their own utilities of gas and electric. Each unit comes equipped with central heat and air conditioning, ceiling fan light fixtures, good cabinet, closet, and countertop space. Most apartments have hardwood flooring, a few have carpet. Some have dishwashers and some may have washer and dryer, depending upon the unit available. There is a coin operated laundry facility on the premises with 24 hour access. Price ranges from $980 to $1050 depending upon amenities and furnishings. Monthly income should be 2.5-3.0+ times the monthly rent. 1 BR apartments are approximately 600 square feet. Furnished apartments are also available. Not all apartments are exactly alike in their décor and furnishings, however most floor plans are very similar. We will run a credit check, check job/income, previous rental history, etc. to see if an applicant qualifies for the apartment. The application cost is $30 per person. There is a 1 year lease, unless there are exceptional circumstances which would incur additional rental charges. Deposit is 1 months rent.
