It also includes a French press, a Keurig, and filtered coffee makers, a crockpot, a Ninja blender, a toaster, and an electric griddle. Dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, with a maximum of 2 dogs. No cats are allowed, and you must inform us ahead of time if you plan on bringing a dog. Driveway parking is available for your convenience. The house is ideally located just 12 minutes from Beale Street and 15 minutes from Graceland. Uber and Lyft are reliable modes of transportation in the area, making it easy to explore Memphis and its vibrant culture. The primary guest must be at least 21 years of age to book this property. There are 3 exterior security cameras on each side of the house and at the back door for security purposes. Smoking is strictly prohibited, with sensors inside and outside the house monitoring noise decibels and smoke levels. Violations may result in termination of stay. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Check-in requires guest verification and signing a rental agreement, including a non-refundable $60 damage waiver covering accidental damage during your stay.
