Avoid Rental Scams: CB Properties does not advertise on Craigslist or Facebook Marketplace and will never ask you to wire money or request funds through a payment app on your mobile device. Rather, you would bring a property reservation fee to our office at 1060 Brookfield Rd, Memphis, TN 38119. Other scam red flags are: the rental price does not match what is listed on our website, scam warning stickers are not posted on the front door or inside the house, the individual showing the home claims CB Properties is no longer the Property Manager, or the application process is not done online.
