A guest verification process is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation, and the reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed. Prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement, provide a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card, and pay a non-refundable $55 damage waiver. The damage waiver covers accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to check-out.
