There are some criminal backgrounds that would be reason for denial: any conviction misdemeanor or felony that involves ANY violence or selling drugs, are some examples. Absolutely No Sex Offenders. All adults (18+) must submit an application - $50 per application, per adult. We allow pets 30 lbs. or less. There are certain breeds that our Insurance does not allow. Please ask about your dog's breed upfront, prior to filling out an application, as once we screen your application, the $50 application fee will NOT be refunded. We do charge a $500 non-refundable pet fee. We require the tenant to carry $100,000 in Liability Insurance. Once we screen your application, the $50 application fee will NOT be refunded, whether you are approved OR denied.
