Our townhouse community is located inside of a nice and quite subdivision in the Cedar Bluff area of Knoxville called Churchill Downs. Each of our units is a two story townhouse with the common areas downstairs and bedrooms upstairs and all townhouses sit side by side. Amenities of all townhouses: Each unit has hardwood like flooring downstairs and plush carpeting on the stairs and bedrooms upstairs. The downstairs is an open concept living space; with the living room opening up to a breakfast nook off the kitchen. The kitchen comes with a stove, fridge, dishwasher, disposal, and lots of cabinet space. There is a laundry closet space off the kitchen with washer and dryer hookups. There is access to your own patio from the kitchen. Upstairs you will find the main 3-piece bath along with a linen closet and two bedrooms. Each unit is allowed 2 parking spaces in front of the covered front porch entry of each individual unit. Owner pays for lawn care; once a month pest control; pick up for the community dumpster; winter snow/ice removal from the parking lots; all regular maintenance needed inside or outside the townhouse; and a dedicated phone line to be maned by a live operator in case of emergencies. Tenant pays for all utilities including electricity, water/sewer, cable and Internet. Move in cost associated with all units $40 Application fee per adult and non refundable $200 Administration fee (a one time non-refundable payment) $500 Security Deposit with credit score of no less than 675 (refundable with normal wear and tear). A different security deposit amount may be required with poor credit history $400 Pet fee per pet. One time fee and non-refundable. Restrictions on size, breed and number of pets allowed. No additional monthly pet rent required.
